HUAHUI is thrilled to announce that its subsidiary, Bellissimo, will be showcasing an extraordinary exhibition at the 25th Xiamen International Stone Fair. The collaborative display, themed "Mystical Journey," promises an immersive and culturally rich experience.
Design Philosophy:
The "Mystical Journey" pavilion, designed by renowned artists and architects, aims to create a dialogue between natural stone textures and cultural symbols. By blending unique foreign civilizations with Eastern aesthetics, our goal is to present a mysterious and inclusive space, highlighting the boundless potential of stone as a cultural carrier.
Space Narrative and Experience Design:
- Entrance: Corridor of Mysteries Inspired by Western arches, the entrance features an arched passageway constructed from natural marble, with Eastern-style latticework embedded at the top. Light filtering through the lattice creates geometric patterns on the floor, guiding visitors into the "Mystical Journey."
- Core Area: Stone Courtyard The discussion area features a meticulously carved backdrop, intertwining exotic vines with Eastern cloud patterns. The centerpiece of the discussion area showcases a "woven" giant cloth symbolizing the intermingling of different cultures. The heart-shaped backdrop wall adds a touch of whimsy, providing a relaxing and inviting space for conversations.
- Transition Area: Emotional Resonance The pavilion's exit offers a serene meditation space, where visitors can reflect on their immersive journey. The layered design and series of arches provide a peaceful retreat, encouraging contemplation and a deeper connection with the exhibition's themes.
We aim to inspire visitors to rethink the relationship between "foreign" and "Eastern," "traditional" and "contemporary." As Western sunlight and Eastern moonlight intertwine on the stone surfaces, the "Mystical Journey" becomes a never-ending exploration of civilization.
